Using humour to showcase the risks of Web Spoofing online.

Humour is an important trait in the Mimecast guidelines, so together with the branding, we created characters and a scene based upon a support group that had all been spoofed online to showcase the risks to IT Managers and senior decision makers.

We used witty puns linked to webspoofing to bring to life each of their personalities and to engage the audience in a unique way.

The Support Group

Each of our characters represented a different audience, e.g. healthcare, entertainment, finance and retail. We worked closely with an illustrator to develop the characters and their unique appearances. Our main character was “Dot Com” who was maliciously cloned as the group leader.
